Cancellation Policy

At Rediscover, we understand that plans can change. We aim to provide flexibility while ensuring efficient scheduling and service delivery.

Service Cancellations

  • Clients may request to cancel a booked service by providing written notice via email or our contact form.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled service or appointment to avoid any cancellation charges.

Refund Eligibility

  • Cancellations made within the eligible cancellation period may qualify for a full or partial refund, depending on the nature of the service.

  • Any work already completed, consultation fees, administrative charges, or third-party costs incurred may be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Refunds, when approved, will be processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method.

Late Cancellations

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee or may not be eligible for a refund.

No-Show Policy

  • Failure to attend a scheduled appointment or service without prior notice may result in the loss of any deposit or payment already made.

Company-Initiated Cancellations

  • In the unlikely event that Rediscover must cancel a service, clients will be offered either:

    • A rescheduled appointment, or

    • A full refund of any payments made for the cancelled service.
