Cancellation Policy
At Rediscover, we understand that plans can change. We aim to provide flexibility while ensuring efficient scheduling and service delivery.
Service Cancellations
Clients may request to cancel a booked service by providing written notice via email or our contact form.
Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled service or appointment to avoid any cancellation charges.
Refund Eligibility
Cancellations made within the eligible cancellation period may qualify for a full or partial refund, depending on the nature of the service.
Any work already completed, consultation fees, administrative charges, or third-party costs incurred may be deducted from the refund amount.
Refunds, when approved, will be processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee or may not be eligible for a refund.
No-Show Policy
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment or service without prior notice may result in the loss of any deposit or payment already made.
Company-Initiated Cancellations
In the unlikely event that Rediscover must cancel a service, clients will be offered either:
A rescheduled appointment, or
A full refund of any payments made for the cancelled service.
